I am also a fan and consumer of Michigan Craft Beer. I would like to offer the ctronary position that $35 (bought my ticket online), or even $40, is a perfectly reasonable price. The festival is much more than a chance to drink two pints of beer, its a chance to drink some of the hardest to find, most well crafted, delicious beers from a group of brewers that include some of the best in the US, if not the world. Moreover, the festival serves as a celebration of these things, as well as a chance to meet up with other lovers of beer and with the brewers themselves. The MBG festivals i’ve been to in the past have been well worth the price, and fantastically enjoyable each time, so i am wiling to pay to help cover the expenses of renting the ballpark, providing amenities, and paying for advertising so this event can happen. I recommend everyone try to make it to the festival, even if the price may seem restrictive ahead of time. I do not think that anyone will be disappointed afterwards.thanksAndrew

I love your pillow. As for modern quilters……I think that you would have as many definitions as you would have people. I echo the comments from others, that as a a quilter, I make up my rules that please me. I am happy with the way I do things…and the folks that receive my quilts have no complaints.
